Lee Reflects on Twitter

The other day, Lee DeWyze took to his twitter to thank fans for their continued support.

After a year going by since LIU came out, a lot had happened in my life. Good, and sometimes hard. But it’s because of you my friends and fans that have been there helping me get my music out there, and helping me do the promo, and word of mouth style support that has led me to where I am now.

I work very hard to make the music I believe in, and to know that I have fans who know that makes every song, lyric, studio or writing session worth while. Believing in something that’s going picture perfect is easy, but staying true to yourself when things are rough is the key to achieving whatever it is that you want to achieve.

I’m making a second album and to those who know me, and what I stand for musically, I will not let you down. And to those who don’t, or that have doubted me, I hope you know that I will never change who I am because that is what I stand for.

I cant wait to make new fans, and continue to make music. So if I haven’t said it enough, thanks for everything. I’m going into the studio today. Looking forward to this album. Alot in the works. Feeling good. Love you guys. Talk soon
